  • You must estimate the total weight of the package to be ultimately delivered and then proceed with prepayment.

  • PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS : Cosmetics Items, Foods, Medications, Batteries, Liquid items. Mobile Phone or Laptop.

  • Prepay Customs Fees service (Option) Only for Customs clearance service for EU countries. (The customer pays for customs clearance services in advance through K-Envia : VAT 21% of shipping items + 10 EUR)
  • It ships from Korea via DHL or FedEx to KSTORY in Spain, and KSTORY ships again to customers via National Shipping Company (DHL, MRW or Correos).
  • If select Prepay Customs Fees service. Poster delivery service - Free (If an unfolded poster is included in the package, KSTORY will ship the poster without folding it free of charge.)
  • After the inspection and weight measurement of all products shipped to K-Envia are completed, additional fees will be charged as follows.
  • Incoming package fee - Free (Receiving your item to K-Envia)
  • Warehouse storage fees - Free warehouse storage fees for 45 days after arrival of the first product (0.5 EUR per day after 45 days)
  • Bubble repackaging service - Free
  • Inspection service fee - Free (you can receive product photos after receiving the product)
  • Shipping Insurance - Shipping insurance costs 10 Euros per shipment (if not signed up, you will not receive any compensation for damage or loss during shipping)
  • Return service Fee - 10 euros per product (if you wish to return, we can return it)
  • Islas Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla will charge additional fees - 9.95 EUR / package
